Does anyone believe that there is an additional purpose in declaring that a missle shield would not be deployed in Poland on the 60th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Poland. I can’t believe that the timing was coincidental. Either nobody in the Obama administration owns an almanac or else this was done intentionally.
